SK Hynix Inc.’s Solidigm has picked lead banks for its US initial public offering next year, according to people familiar with the matter.

The South Korean firm’s flash memory unit selected Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Morgan Stanley to work on the offering, which could raise about $10 billion, the people said. Separately, Solidigm is working with the two lenders to finalize a pre-IPO funding round, the people said.
