Your CLAUDE.md tells Claude how to work on a project. It doesn't tell Claude what you actually did there.

The feature you added last week. The approach you chose after trying two others. The library you rejected, and why.

That history matters, but Claude Code's notes stay attached to the repo where they were written. Switch repos and the next session starts cold.

We built the 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗽𝗹𝘂𝗴𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲 to give Claude long-term memory across sessions, codebases, and teams.

Before each answer, it recalls short, relevant memories. Afterward, it saves the exchange asynchronously and extracts what is worth keeping.

There is no "remember this" command. Memory becomes a side effect of normal work.
