Blue Owl Capital Inc. is well positioned to withstand AI-driven disruption in the software industry and investor concerns about private credit have been overblown, according to the firm’s global head of institutional capital.

“There is no doubt going to be disruption” in the software sector, James Clarke said in an interview in Tokyo on Friday. “But what I can tell you is the software we focus on is highly differentiated.”
